For over 15 years, our founder Nick Kfoury has been doing what he loves: providing unique technology solutions to homeowners across Maryland and Northern Virginia. Nick is a proud veteran and first got his start in technology with car AV. But as tall as he is, he needed a little more space and moved on to home automation and entertainment in Long Island New York. In 2016, Maddox AV was born (the same week as Nick’s son, Maddox), and today, our tight-knit home automation company helps people develop their personalized smart homes.

In the years since forming, Maddox has won the Heritage of Innovation Award from Sonance for our interactive showroom—which also happens to be Nick’s house. In 2023, Maddox AV was also named a Top 100 Design Talent in Architectural Digest.
